Terms

These terms cover orders placed on animationspot.co.uk with Ultimate Vision Ltd (company number 14613662), which trades as AnimationSpot. By ticking the box when you order, you agree to them.

What you get

A custom animated explainer video of about 60 seconds, made from your website and your answers. It includes the script, visual design, animation and a professional British English voiceover, delivered as an HD 1080p MP4 file.

Price and payment

Sending a brief costs nothing. We make your video and send you a watermarked preview. If you want to keep it, you pay the price shown on the order page, in pounds sterling, through a secure card payment link, and we send you the full HD file without the watermark. If you do not want it, you do not pay and we delete your files. The launch price of £49 applies to the first 100 paid orders. After that the price is £149. You pay once. There is no subscription.

Delivery

We aim to send your preview within 24 hours of your brief, and the final file as soon as you have paid. We will email both to the address you give us.

Changes

Three rounds of changes are included. For each round, send us all your changes together and we will update the video. Extra rounds, or new versions such as vertical or social cuts, may cost extra and are agreed with you first.

Refunds

If we have not started work on your video, we will refund you in full. If you are unhappy after your rounds of changes, contact us and we will work it out with you.

Using your video

Yes. Once paid, you can use it on your website, social media, ads and presentations. You are responsible for making sure the information and files you give us are yours to use.

Your right to cancel

If you are buying as a consumer, you normally have 14 days to cancel. When you send a brief, you ask us to start work straight away. You only pay once you have seen the preview and chosen to buy. If you cancel before we deliver the final file, we refund you in full. Once we deliver the final file, you can no longer cancel, but you still have your rounds of changes.
