Privacy

This page explains what Ultimate Vision Ltd (company number 14613662, "we", "us") does with your personal information when you order a video from AnimationSpot.

What we collect

• Your brief: your website address, what viewers should understand or do, who your customers are, voice preference and anything you want us to avoid.
• Your contact details: name, business name (if you give one) and email address.
• Files you upload, such as your logo or brand guide.
• Order records: what you ordered, the price and when you paid.

Why we collect it

We use this information to make your video, to send it to you, to email you about your order and to keep records of our sales. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. When you choose to buy, we send you a Stripe payment link. You enter your card details on Stripe's secure page, not on our site, and we never see or store your full card number. Stripe has its own privacy policy at stripe.com/gb/privacy.

Who else sees it

Only the people who make your video, our email provider (so we can send you messages) and Stripe. We share nothing else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your order details and uploaded files for 12 months after delivery, then delete them. We keep basic payment records for as long as the law requires for accounting.

Cookies

We do not set any non-essential cookies. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, so there is no cookie banner. Fonts are served from our own site, not from a third party.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or give you a copy to take elsewhere. Email us and we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
